Use case · Product launches

Every rep ready on the launch the week it ships.

Turn the launch deck, the release notes and the new pricing into sales training the same week. Reps learn it, practice the new pitch out loud, and you see who is ready before they take it to a buyer.

Mentor lists the steps it took, including reading both ARC-7 source documents and the MEDDIC sales playbook, then produces a five lesson course with a time estimate on each lesson.

Launches reach the field as a slide deck.

The enablement lags the launch.

Building training takes weeks, so reps learn the new product from the announcement email and from their first confused buyer.

Everyone tells it differently.

The positioning, the pricing and the answer to “how is this different from X?” drift from rep to rep within a week.

Nobody checks who got it.

You know who opened the deck. You don't know who can pitch the launch or handle the first objection it creates.

How a launch becomes training.

01

Built from the launch material, this week.

Add the launch deck, release notes, pricing sheet, a recorded briefing or a screen-recorded demo (it writes down the on-screen steps), describe what reps need, and Mentor126 proposes an outline and builds the lessons after you approve it. A first course typically takes about 15 minutes. It lists the facts it couldn't find in your sources, and when two documents disagree, it flags the conflict for you to settle.

A knowledge base flagging three conflicts where two uploaded documents disagree on the ARC-7S price and the ARC-7H reach, with the synthesized text below carrying an inline source citation.

02

Learn it, then pitch it out loud.

The training uses the formats that fit, from readings, podcasts and infographics to quizzes and branching scenarios, then a voice practice call on the new pitch against a buyer built from your material. Publish to a job role with a due date and everyone in that role, now and later, gets it. Reps who already proved a concept in another course skip it.

Publishing the finished course and the confirmation that twenty five learners in the Sales Representative role now have access.

03

See who can pitch it before they do.

Practice calls and quizzes are scored, and a lesson only counts when the rep passes at 70%. You see who's at risk and why, rep by rep, and the weakest quiz questions and roleplay criteria across the team. What isn't working is ranked, you fix it in Create in one click, and a before/after check shows whether the fix worked.

A scored practice call at 77: technical accuracy at 100 percent and MEDDIC objection handling at 68 percent, each with the reason and a quote of what the rep said.

What sales leaders ask

Whatever the launch already has: a deck, release notes, a pricing sheet, a recorded briefing, web pages. PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, audio and video all work, as do Google Drive and OneDrive imports. There is no Gong, CRM or Notion connector.

You ask Mentor to change the lesson, which makes a new version. Reps keep the live version until you publish the edits. Courses don't update themselves when a source document changes.

Yes. A competitor's launch or an objection your reps keep losing on is the same job: add what you know about it and Mentor126 builds the lessons and a practice call around it.

It doesn't have to. An LMS hosts and tracks content you build somewhere else. Mentor126 builds the sales training from your material, runs the spoken practice and scores it. Many teams keep their LMS for HR and company-wide training and use Mentor126 for their sales reps. There is no SCORM or LTI, so it runs beside an LMS, not inside it.

Starter is $35 and Team is $55 per seat per month, with a 15-day free trial for up to 25 users. For teams with 10 or more sales reps, we set the plan with you on a demo, and Enterprise is by quote.
