How we look after your data.
What we do today, and what we don't have yet, so your security review has the facts.
Your workspace is isolated
Each customer's data is kept separate at the database level with row-level security, and access is denied by default. People see what their role allows: Learner, Creator or Admin.
We don't train AI models on your data
Your training content and your reps' answers are not used to train AI models. Our main AI providers, Google (Gemini) and OpenAI, are used on paid APIs that don't train on customer data.
Hosted in the US
Data is stored with Supabase on AWS in the US (us-east-1). There is no EU hosting option today.
Sign-in
People sign in with email, Google or Microsoft. Admins invite people and can pause or remove them.
Grounded in your sources
Lessons are built from your material. Mentor flags conflicts between your sources and lists any facts it couldn't find in them, for a person to check.
Security review
The findings of our May 2026 security audit have been fixed.
