Privacy policy

• When you book a demo (on /demo or /free-course): your name, work email, mobile number, company website, team size, whether you agreed to text messages, and how you found us (for example the ad or link you came from).
• When you send a support or press message: your name, company, email and message.
• When you browse: pages visited and buttons clicked, through Google Analytics, the Meta pixel and Vercel Speed Insights, which use cookies or similar technologies.

When your company uses Mentor126, we process the account details of the people it invites (name, email, job role), the material your company adds to build training (documents, decks, recordings, web pages), and what learners do in the courses: lesson progress, answers, scores, and the transcripts of voice practice calls.

Your company controls this training data. We use it to provide the service to your company, not for our own marketing.

If you tick the box when you book a demo (“Text me when my course is ready, plus call reminders. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”), we may text you about your demo and the training we prepare for it. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Ticking the box is not a condition of booking. We do not sell your mobile number. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone. Service providers that send our texts or handle demo requests process your number only on our behalf.

• To run your demo: prepare training from your website, book the call and remind you of it.
• To answer support and press messages.
• To provide, secure and improve Mentor126 for the companies that use it.
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to the site.

We use service providers who process data for us, under our instructions:

• Hosting and database: Vercel, and Supabase on AWS in the US.
• AI processing: Google (Gemini) and OpenAI, on paid APIs that don't train on customer data; and providers for voices, transcription and document reading.
• Booking: Calendly. Payments: Stripe.
• Lead handling and follow-up for demo requests: our sales and marketing partner.
• Analytics and advertising measurement: Google and Meta.

We don't sell personal data.

Data is stored in the United States.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing to you. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. If your data is in the app because your company invited you, we'll work with your company on the request. Write to us through the support form.

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
