New sales reps learn the job on live deals. The pricing objection gets practiced for the first time in front of a buyer, and managers find out who wasn't ready from the pipeline review. We started Mentor126 to move that practice before the call.
Why we built it
Most training a company has is a slide deck nobody finishes and a course built months ago by someone who has since left. Building better training took weeks, so it rarely happened.
Mentor126 builds the course from what you already have: your docs, decks, call recordings and web pages. It flags any place where two of your sources disagree and lists the facts it couldn't find in them, for you to check.
Then your reps practice out loud, against AI buyers built from the same material, and every practice call is graded against a rubric that quotes what the rep said. A lesson counts as done when the rep passes it, not when they click through. That is how you see who is actually ready.
